About me.

I’m Dalton. I’ve got an engineering degree mixed with a thirst for artistic endeavors and a lifetime of trying to find a balance between the two.

After graduating with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering I spent six months in the aerospace industry surrounded by people who weren’t happy sitting at their desks. It was a warning I listened to, and I quickly stumbled into custom manufacturing.

Here I spent years learning new skills, testing myself and solving countless problems when every project presented a new challenge. But eventually I quit learning and the work became repetitive. I was burnt out. So I picked up a camera and hit the road.

I started filming everything, and eventually volunteered my time to make content for friends and organizations. I realized freelance videography combined my logical, detail oriented brain with the artistic one that I had been neglecting.

So here I am now, pursuing work that continues to fulfill both sides of me. Work that challenges and teaches me. Work that inspires me.
